I'm a licensed mental health counselor and a certified nutritionist in WA state. I specialize in life transitions, trauma and ptsd, mood disorders like anxiety and depression, and eating disorders.
I started my teaching platform to provide more affordable options, with video support from me alongside handouts and materials to deepen your relationship with yourself and your healing.
I recently added a "community" aspect, which allows members a Q + A platform with me, and over time as the community builds, have space to connect with others.
My memberships offer a way to support healing and learning at an affordable price.
