So many of us did not grow up internalizing helpful self talk, and most of us struggle at some point to regulate our emotions in one way or another. These courses are all about getting you support and researched based strategies and coping skills on-demand, in a short period of time. I draw on these skills and strategies most often in my work 1-1 with clients who are in distress and/or struggling with high levels of anxiety and depression.
